Granites are plutonic rock groups containing quartz, plagioclase, orthoclase and mafic minerals in their composition. They cover a rich color range in different breeds, starting from gray-white to gray, gray-green, even brown-red tones. In addition, granites have strong rock characteristics against acids due to their formation and chemical components.

It is possible to see granite in the interiors of the buildings, in the fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, in the exterior of the buildings, in the siding. However, it is used as parquet on the outer floors, as well as in the production of many decorative items and tombstones. The use of granite is also increasing in areas such as hospitals, airports and bus terminals.
